Background, benefits vs barriers matrix, system map
From my tutor's advice I decided to focus more on how is the maintenance of the system going to work, the materials used for production and the appearance of the interface. My peers suggested me to consider it as a product that can be offered to businesses instead of a government initiative.
Initial Research
